These Conditions shall form the basis of the contract between the Seller and the Buyer in relation to the sale of Goods, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including the Buyer’s standard conditions of purchase or any other conditions which the Buyer may purport to apply under any purchase order or confirmation of order or any other document.
All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods from the Seller pursuant to these Conditions.
Acceptance of delivery of the Goods shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these Conditions.
These Conditions may not be varied except by the written agreement of the Seller.
These Conditions represent the whole of the agreement between the Seller and the Buyer. They supersede any other conditions previously issued.
The Price shall be the price quoted within product description. The Price is inclusive of VAT and is in GB Pounds.
Payment of the Price and VAT must be paid at sale, prior to delivery arrangements being made.
The Buyer must pay in full at sale and not exercise any rights of set-off or counter-claim against invoices submitted by the Seller.
We accept payment by Credit and Debit card, BACS, PayPal or COD for local customers. We regret that we do not accept payment by American Express currently.
The quantity and description of the Goods shall be as set out in the Seller’s confirmation of order.
You will only own the goods are they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. The address for delivery must be the same as the address where your card for payment is registered. We reserve the right to only deliver to this address and will not change the delivery address unless proof of new address can be verified.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. This is Monday to Friday 9-6pm.
If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to confirm the new delivery date.
Failed delivery will result in the Buyer incurring charges.
Delivery is to UK Mainland address only, please see our shipping page for other areas including Northern Ireland and offshore islands.
Delivery is made on a working day – Monday to Friday, therefore not including weekends or Bank Holidays.
We are unable to advise what time your order will be delivered. Delivery is an all day appointment and a responsible person should be at the property to accept the delivery.
Our products come with a 12 month warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Right to Cancel
We fully comply with the Distance Selling Regulations.
You have 7 working days from receipt of the goods to return the item for a refund. We will refund in full if goods are faulty or incorrect. We will refund minus delivery fees or cancellation costs for any orders received but simply returned due to dislike, change of mind or missed deliveries.
You must contact us by email to confirm your intentions to have the item collected. We will then arrange the collection and your refund will be processed within 30 days, following a full inspection of the goods. Goods must be in original packaging and in new and resalable condition.
We reserve the right to cancel the Agreement between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we do not deliver to your area or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ link on our website. Any complaints will be dealt with sympathetically and we will work with you to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
Any discrepancies or damages need to be reported within 2 working days of delivery, photographic evidence will be required (via email). We will endeavor to help with your incident where possible.
After accepting the goods at delivery, we are not liable for any personal injury caused through use of the product.
Changes to Terms and Conditions of Business
We reserve the right to make minor changes to this Agreement from time to time. Any major changes will only be made with your agreement.
You consent to the computer storage and processing of your personal data by us in connection with this Agreement and to the transmission of this data across the company and its business partners for the purposes of our legitimate interests including statistical analysis, marketing of our services and credit control. If you breach this Agreement, your personal data may be disclosed or passed to third parties to the extent necessary to assist recovery procedures.
